Child Poverty Action Group Survey

Parents and children’s experience of school closures in homes facing money worries – surveys from UK Cost of the School Day

The UK Cost of the School Day project wants to hear from parents and children, who might be struggling with costs, about life since schools closed. Lots of support has been put in place around things like learning at home and help with costs – we want to hear about what you think is working well and what you think could be improved.

We’ve created two surveys, one for parents and carers, and one for primary and secondary aged children and young people which can be filled out with help from a grown up if needed. We want to hear from as many parents and children as possible who might have concerns about money so that we can tell the government, councils and schools what’s working well and what could improve - what you tell us could make a real difference.
